last night i was hanging out with a friend at the terrenea resort and walked into a shop that sold these beautiful basic clothing by closed. i am completely smitted over all of their clothing, i wish i had some extra cash laying around so i could add their clothing to my collection!

thanks to peggy – i recently found photographer rick poon of a la mode and now can't stop staring at the photos on his blog. i've spent a good amount of time browsing his photos and he even has a 'big bites' of little saigon post with lots of delicious vietnamese food recommendations near me, some i've visited others adding to my hit list!

the north part of the park was definitely my favorite. we walked around a field of cholla cactus's and then ventured off to barker dam – the dam sans water but still a beautiful site.

i stumbled upon fox and obel in chicago while walking to the navy pier, and i got super excited. i wanted to spend hours in that market, they had some beautiful packaging including this lovely bar chocolate by zoe's chocolate

A Weekend in Chicago

well i haven't been doing a very good job of posting on a regular basis lately, at the rate i am going i am averaging one post a week! so sorry to my five readers ;). got some things in the works! i spent last weekend in chicago, and surprisingly didn't take many pictures needed a little break from everything. hope everyones week has started off lovely!
